  • It’s totally free! We will come to your home and do complete consultation at no cost to you!

  • Nope! While our focus is on Senior Moves, we can help move anyone!

  • We accept checks, all major credit cards, as well as apple pay! We do not accept cash for our services, we apologize for the inconvenience.

  • We will monitor weather conditions and respond accordingly. Should your move be affected in cases of severe weather, we will coordinate with you or your loved one as well as the other service providers and get your move rescheduled.

    With less severe weather, we coordinate with you and the move team to judge the best course of action, safety being most important.

  • We ask for a deposit upfront after the request for services form is signed, and the rest to be paid upon completion of the job!

  • It really depends, depending on the size of the job we may need more time. Generally, we prefer to start the process a month or two before the move date to help reduce the stress and anxiety of moving! If you need the job done faster, we can do that as well!

  • We understand that things happen! If something arises or you are not happy with the job we are doing, you are more than welcome to cancel. If canceled in the middle of a job, we charge for the services we have billed for up to that point and refund the rest.

    If you decide to cancel before the job has started we will refund your whole deposit up to 3 days before the start date. If canceled after that, we take a percentage of the deposit.

  • We cover a 30-mile radius of downtown Kansas City, if you are located outside of that, there will be a charge per mile!

  • All of our employees have been trained in covid safety and protocols surrounding such.

    Of course, since we are in your home, we will follow whatever rules make you the most comfortable! We supply all of our employees with masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer.
